G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fehir ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye hedefi do\u011frultusunda esnafa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli ve uzun vadeli kredi verilmesi, vergi ve SGK y\u00fcklerinin hafifletilmesi, kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7 esnafa hibe destekleri sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011findi. Ayr\u0131ca, tapusu olmayan 2B tar\u0131m arazilerinin h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tapu kay\u0131t i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131 ve k\u00f6yl\u00fcye uygun \u015fartlarla sat\u0131lmas\u0131 veya kiralanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>
